Submit your intent to apply. Our team verifies your basic eligibility. Active ICoBC members enjoy waived application fees.
An independent Lead Reviewer is assigned to your case. This includes a desk review of your evidence and a live interview session. The reviewer assesses your program against the five pillars: Value, Rigor, Impact, Trustworthiness, and Experience.
Upon passing, you are awarded the Global Seal of Quality. You pay the annual licensing fee to maintain the validity of the seal.

7+ years of professional experience in digital credentialing, micro-credentials, or QA frameworks.
Ability to provide impartial assessments without conflict of interest regarding specific platforms.
Experience working with diverse educational and corporate systems internationally.
Willingness to complete the ICoBC calibration workshop on the VRITE framework.
